02 vs 03 ultras

I'm looking at getting a pair of LF Ultras in the next couple of weeks, and I was wondering if there are any differences between the 02 model and the 03 model. I know there were big changes with the 04's, but I don't have the kind of cash to get the new models. I demo'ed some 03's, and loved them, but I figured if the 02's are pretty much the same, I'll just get those and save the cash. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I may be mistaken but I think the lining was a little different on the 02 than the 03. I liked the lining in the 03 better. I think the material on the 03 was a little thicker. Other than the lining the footbeds and everything else should be pretty close
