I know this has been asked before but i couldn't find what i was looking for in the archieves. I have an 03 hurricane and was wondering what the best way to add a sub is? I've seen that most of the factory option subs are just drilled into the wall between the bow and drivers feet is this correct? Is that a good place for it? Would I be better of getting one in sealed box and putting it under the seat. A base tube with a built in amp has crossed my mind too(under the obsevers seat), this way I could take it in and out when its stored. I'm not looking to blow any eardrums here just want a little extra. I have no stereo knowledge what so ever.
I'm looking at a 10inch (around 300 watts) and an amp. Any suggestions on a good quality mid range (price) sub and amp. Do you think this size will get the job done?
Hey. I would get a sub and put it in a box under the seat. Get at least a 12 though. If you have to get 10's, get 2 of them in a box. I would probably rule the bass tube out though. Get a decent amps for the subs also.
Bazooka makes 10" tubes that are pre-amped. Sounds real good! There's 2 different models one for hi-end and one that handles a lil less....the good thing is you don't need to buy amps and they hardly draw any current _________________ Jaysen
