Ok listen, three things, progressive edging, keep the handle down low and in close, and dont bend youre knees too much. What happens when you bend you're knees is that you absorb the pop from the wake instead of using it to launch yourself. Keepin the handle in and down low keeps all the pull in the center of you're body for good control and helps lessen any slack from the rope, and finally progressive edging makes you keep a hard edge and no slack in the rope when you hit the wake. REMEMBER CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE WAKE WHEN JUMPING, HOLD YOU'RE EDGE THE WHOLE TIME DONT FLATTEN OUT AT THE WAKE, and you should be fine _________________ "Live to wakeboard, wakeboard to live" |

Once you can easily clear the wake at 60 feet then think about adding another 5 - but you should be able to clear it both hs and ts first (although a lot of people don't bother working on ts because it's too much work). You may need to increase your speed to keep the wake clean as you ride a longer rope. I ride at 70' @ 22mph behind my Tige. |
