It was really nice. I'm probably never going to be a great rider, but I sure had fun Very Happy

I got a new 04 138 Ricky Gonzalez Gatorboard. I obviously didn't buy it for its looks. It's not a "girly" board - Laughing

I can't wait until it is warmer so I don't have to wear my full wetsuit although I like wearing my shorty most of the time because it hurts less when I eat it, plus my shoulders don't burn.

wow nice graphics. I just bought the 2004 Emily Coeland signature Diva Board, and the graphics suck. My dealership was telling me that the girls are trying to be like the guys when it comes to designs but me personally, i would get into some really cool flowers or waterfall graphics, something more pretty and not so hard core

I think that board has the sickest graphics than any board this year. I was looking at getting and still am. I would like to know how it rides. Nobody around here carries Gator so i can't just go out and demo it.

Thats sucks, my Dealer will literally unwrap a brand new board from the plastic just to let us demo any board we want. I did not demo this board cuz compared to the LF cement board I was riding, all the new boards are gonna be like starting over anyways, So i decided to get the best girl board on the mardkert right now, of course that will change in 6 months.....lol
Get the board, you will learn to ride it its all just practice. For a girl I have to say it is pretty sick hun Very Happy

As for the demo boards, when my boards come in i go ahead and take all of them out of the plastic and put the fins on them. That way you know what it looks like with the fins on. It does better for sales because you can show how the board works rather than talk about it. You can also compare with other boards with visual info. If you want to demo it, "here you go" it's ready.

Man, I love my job.

Nice board, though. I was riding the O'brien Siren which is really girly looking...all tropical fish and flowers. I liked the graphics but the board sucked. I just got a 131 belmont, which may not be offensive, but is pretty boring.

Sweeet! I heard that board is awsome....they sold out of all the '03 boards. I looked into it but im too small for a 138, Ricky said they wouldn't have smaller sizes until later this year. How did you like it?

You should check out they Longsleeve spring suits. Then you get the longsleeves and you don;t look like a dork with your shorts over your wetsuit Laughing I think im am definatly going to get one this year. I used Shaun's JP L/S springsuit at TBS and it was sweeeeet.

I just bought a LF Subjekt 133 w/ Minx's. It should be herer in 2 weeks, hopefully before Havasu, but I doubt it. I can't wait to ride it, I think we will get along great Wink . The graphics arn't the coolest ever, but if you put all three boards together they make a pretty cool design.

If I could design my own board graphics, the board would be all black with a crazy modernish art looking, bright pink Flamingo. It would be awsome. Very Happy

JRock*Girl-I thought that the '04 subject graphics were pretty lame too when I first saw them in web photos. Seeing them in person though I thought the wood grain looked pretty cool. Congrats on the new setup. Let us all know how you like it.

JRock - I'm supposed to be too small for it, but I really don't care if I'm riding on a barge or no. I like it without the center fin. I rode about 7 or 8 times in the past 4 days and it was great. I do get more snap with my Belmont 131, but I'm not eating it nearly as much with the Gonzalez.

My family and I met these really nice guys at Lake Whippoorwhill and they helped me out by driving for a set when my hubby was cooking and giving me some pointers. It really helped. I can't believe how much it helps to have someone else watching you and telling you what to do.

When you are in town again, you need to let me know so we can hook up. I would love to see you ride, plus I finally got to ride with another girl on the boat, and it was great Laughing .

Let us know how the new board looks "in person" when you get it.

A pink flamingo? I'd love to see the preliminary drawing if you have it.

Boardbrat - It's a good thing we don't pick out boards for the graphics, we'd never ride a good board Laughing

Boardbrat I agree I don't want a board with skulls or things like that....Blindside Five O and Flower boards have nice flowers but I don't know how they ride. Does anyone have one or taken any out on a demo?
