i haven't stuck any yet, but i have worked on them a little, a nose grab or even an attempt at a nose grab def helps the rotation. Danny Harfs are text book if you watch his. Thats bout all i can give you.

i had been trying them a bit last season....i did mine wraped though. i got pretty close to them but never stuck one. but i agree with the other guys that harf's are textbook.....this would be hard trick to get lots of help with since very few ppl do them....good luck
