AARrrg I can't remember this guy's name everyone please read

I remember a long time ago watching "The Best of the Tonight Show" with my grandpa and there was this one blind guitar player that sat on this stool with a dog sitting at his feet and he was playing the Flight of the Bumblebee on the guitar at the speed of light. He must have been the best guitar player I have ever heard, and now I can't remember his name and its driving me crazy. I think he might have had a Spanish name but I really can't remember. Please help me before I commit suicide here.

No, no, no, the one thats by that old tree and the stick that lays on the ground, i think there are some leaves around it, the tree is made out of wood.....
