Perfect pass is a heaven sent!!!! It is worth every penny!
The way it works is simple. There is a paddle wheel that spins from the water as the boat is in motion. The paddle wheel provides speed info. That info is sent to the little computer. The computer controls a cable that is attached to the throttle. And if you you don't know the throttle speeds up or slows down the boat. |

| there used to be another speed control company called accuski. Not sure whether they're still around. They did have a cool feature though, you could program exactly how hard you wanted to be pulled up and then have the computer do everythig from a dead stop in case you have a rookie driver. |

Wakeboard Cruise still has the paddle wheel, but it doens't have the digital display.
the digital display is really nice becuase then you can have the same exact speed every time you go out.

Let me add, it's really easy to install yourself. I installed the WB Pro version back in December on my I/O. I've had it out for a test run and it works great. Haven't had a pull with it yet due to 48 degree water and no dry suit.....brrrrr! The WB Pro has both paddle wheel and RPM based speed control plus water temperature and a built in hour meter. Only problem is now I won't be able to blame the wife's driving when I faceplant _________________ -Pumpkin Head |
