Okay I know it's a bit early but I'm stoked can't wait for Easter to come so we can start the season with a PARTY! If it's anything like halloween some of us might be in trouble!
If your traveling as far as I am don't worry about bring a boat. There will be a ton there and pleanty of RIDING in warm water! Besides the GREAT wakeboards there is also a kick ass group of hydrofoilers that hit the party! Check out some pics form Halloween!

so who all is in? you know? i know i'll be comin up with deac, dan, pat and whoever else. TN riders, COME! i dont want to be the only one representin!

Hey guys, well Liza and ericka and representing the way it is supposed to be held down. I can vouch for these chics. They are pretty gnarly and a lot of fun. Keep em away from the moonshine though. No matter what you have to go through to get there or what happens when you are there, it is worth it.
Hyco is in Leasburg, NC. Middle of nowhere, but there is a super walmart 20 mins away. Can't beat that. Guys this is the weekend of all weekends for great riding to start off the season. I know TN is going to represent. We are trying to put together a riders newsletter for the TN riders. (Guys, I haven't forgotten)
But for real, everyone should come. We are going to have a sunrise service sunday for those interested. But it probably won't really be sunrise. And then hit the water for the final runs. It's gonna rock. Hopefully we will see you guys out there. If you have any questions about it feel free to PM me or email me.
Later

I doubt I'll make that one. I'm still working on the house and I'm goin MIA till it's done. I just got part of my kitchen cabinets installed and I should be finishing those on Sunday. Then I work on the bath room and then refinish the hardwood. Then I can actually move in to the upstairs of my house. Ahhh, that'll be so nice.
Then a deck on the back of the house, a roof on the garage, and then I'll go wakeboarding all summer. I hope to have it all done by May at the latest.

Dude, Ericka keep Liza away from the moonshine. She's crazy enough as it is. This time when you get there at 3 am you better wake us up and say hey too. None of this sneaking in in the middle of the night. Good times. Hopefully littledude will keep the woowooo's down this time. But it was pretty funny for awhile.

Yikes... thats 23 hours- 2822 miles round trip! That comes out to $325 in gas for the truck alone... and thats IF I get 13 MPG pulling the boat w/ my HD and thats IF gas averages to 1.50/gallon. Think a plane ticket would be cheaper!
Dunno, I may still be breaking in my new 22v by that time.

Ruune, if you wanna come just get there. Don't bring a boat if the trip is that far. This weekend is known for being awesome but it also is known to have rain and stuff. So either find a cheap ticket and someone will pick you up or just drive without your boat. IT's a weekend that is a blast and will always leave some fun memories.

Ruune don't worry about a boat there is usually a ton. I think for Halloween there must have been about 20 or more, you can always hitch a ride.
Liza...you stay out of trouble? Ah that's no fun! But if it's a must I'll cause enough for the both of us!
Hey what about a chick boat? Does Bill put this party on?

First off HYCO is in NC and the water temps in the hot hole where we surf is up to 90 other areas vary from 85-70. It all depends where you go but it's better if you go under the bridge where you have to put the tower down to go under. But it's worth it!

| Hyco is not that warm this time of year. Temps are low to mid 50's away from the hot spot, not sure about the hot spot, it was too windy there when I went three weeks ago. I am heading up there on Sunday. Hopefully the wind will be calmer.
