anyone got a Samsung a530s?? i need help

how do you downlaod more picture caller ID graphics to your phone, there is like the preset ones, then it says my images, and it says "you must download pictures first" so how do i do this? i looked through the get it now stuff, and i cant find anything.

I don't have the phone, but I work at Verizon. I'll take a look at the phone when I get back to work to see if I can figure it out. I do know that in get it now you can download more pictures. Look for a "get pictures" section after you enter get it now through the shopping cart icon. I believe that for caller ID graphics you can actually also use pictures that you have taken with the phone. So you can take a picture of you friend, then set it so that when he/she calls the picture will appear on your screen with caller ID.

Side note: I hope you bought the insurance with that thing.

yah,i did the get it now thing, and i installed the pictavision app. or (PIX) now i can look at my pictures but how do i download them onto my phone, so i can use them as the little picture for caller ID?

OK, sorry about my first post. I got my numbers mixed up and thought you had the new a610 for a second. First off, are you trying to get your own personal pictures downloaded, or just some stock photos? I've never heard of pictavision--not that I've checked out all the get it now stuff that much. A co-worker said that exego is the program to use if you want to put your own pictures on your phone. I cant' seem to find the website right now. I thought it was exego.com but apparently I was wrong. Anyways, I guess you can use exego to upload pics from your computer over the internet, and then access them through get it now to download onto your phone.

So the pictavision app you downloaded doesn't seem to give you the option to download the picture eh? Not sure how to instruct you on that one. Seem like it should give you the option somewhere after you have selected the picture. Let me know how you make out with that.
