We kind of did something like this in the old forum, but now we're going to guess what the word means. I suppose you could make a sentence out of it as well if you wanted. Today's word is jingoist.

when someone from a foreign country is very chauvinistic (sp??) - my uncle uses the word all the time

well actually jingoism was one of my vocab words i had to learn last year for the english final and it looks like k.a. aubs and NAW are all on the right track. its something about having a lot of national pride, or patriotism, but not caring much about your foreing policy towards other countries.
