Ive been on the tramp practicing o/a 3 and 5. ive got the rotation and the handle pass real good on both, but i cant get my feet back under me on the landing. Any advise???

Try to pull the handle into your knees after the handle pass. that should bring your feet under you. Also you might be passing the handle too far away from your body which is easy to do on off axis spins. If the handle gets out away from you body, it is real hard to get your feet back under you.

i would say concentrate on the 5 first it seems easier for me to land consistently. I try to basicly reach for the handle right off the jump and look up and around and that basicly puts me into position to land right out of the spin. I also assume your talking about mimicking a hs o/a 5?

This is the rare time I jump/release from the edge of the tramp so I get shot more up and away. This sends my hips in motion so the handle pass and pull gets them back under me. I land right in the center of the tramp no problem.
