Ummm.. Damn! That looks like a PITA!
Did you replace the rotted plywood w/more plywood?
Glad I don't have to worry about that!
Why didn't you mount the Monster Mounts while the boat was apart? I guess you wouldn't have any new speakers..
You have two Supra's? _________________ -Chane |

Supra Nut, WOW! I redid mine below the floor last year and I'm at the end of doing everything above the floor right now. List is new cover, xtra gas tank, paint eng, starter, carb, teak, new sun deck,stereo/sub/amp/xm, exhaust drain, engbox hinge, hitch, cig lighter, back seat, back storage ice chest. The list goes on and on, but the money is starting to run out. My floor took me from Jan-March last year working part time on it. I cant believe you split the shell, thats a lot of work. But i guess if your going to do it, do it right! Nice boat and pic's. Thanks..Jet _________________ Andrew"Jet"Mitchell

| I hope I didn't mislead anyone here...the floor rebuild was professionally done. I struggled with the idea of doing it myself, but this is one of my babies and I wanted it done right. |

Jet - sounds like you are the ambitious one! Have you done anything to increase strorage? I'm thinking about taking that one on next winter...maybe enlarging and opening up storage under the rear seats. My only complaint is lack of storage...otherwise, the boat is perfect |

Yes Supranut! Last year when I redid my floor, I was going to install a drop-in area (like your batt box) for the Ice chest, but I found out at the back of the boat is to shallow on mine yours might be a little better. Since then I've decided to make the back sundeck storage into a ice chest to save space in the boat. My other great idea is throw away the old back seat since I need to rebuild it anyway, and build a back seat like the new Mooba's have. They have a seat that the bottom can be taken off and put on top of the seat so you can throw stuff underneath the seat while others can sit on it. Great idea! i saw it at the boat show, thats if i can build it myself. Just spent like $1500-1600 on this project and $1500 last year on upgrading equipment Pylon, board rack, new board, floor, sacs, and what ever else! Let me know if you have any ideas. See ya later..Jet _________________ Andrew"Jet"Mitchell
