orlando car rental

I will be down in florida on april 1st, I was looking at renting a car to drive down to the keys but I can't believe the price they want 380.00 for the week, the thing is I can rent a car here in michigan for 400.00 Can anyone down there come up with any ideas how to save some money?

Check out those sites like Orbitz.com and Expedia.com, I think there are queries that will bargain shop for rental cars. Or just fly to Miami and rent a car there! Smile

itch, if you're not going to return the car to the original place of rental/city, it will usually cost you more.
Then again you are renting during Spring Break in FL and that's peak time of year on rentals. 380.00 isn't a bad price for the week.
But like Jim pointed out check out the other sites.

Thanks for the insight I am going to do that today during my office time.
Dlady I will be staying in O and returing it to O. Just a a lil jaunt down to see the keys for a day or two.

Well be readt april first we ill bw down there around 10 p.m.
Thomas is trying to set up a ride with hampson while we are down in the keys.
So dont pack any gear they ill have all we need.
