Yo im 6 foot, i weigh 190 pounds and im 13. Can anyone recomend a board size for me?

You'll probably want at least a 142 or longer. I personally use a 138 and a 142 and I'm 6'1" and 150-160. But mostly its personal opinion, go to your local board store and demo boards to see what you like best, what gives you what you want from a board.

Your 13, your HUGE (no offence) but thats pretty big for 13. Well I'm 6'1" 180-185 I ride a 140. you could fit on 138 no problem. (I have no issue with weight when I ride a 136, heck when I was 215+ I rode a 134 easy) but I'd suggest 140-143cm should fit you really well.

koltman gave some pretty good advice, he's probably got a better idea of what you need because he's a little closer to your size. (no offense) But I still think you need to demo before you buy a board. no sense in wasting money on a board that doesn't fit you

what would be the benefit of gettin a 138...

What would be the benefit or gettin a 140...
