I've noticed this year CC has changed the flight clips from screw in the tower to bolt around the tower. Does anyone have complaints about the older style that bolt directly into the tower? They seem like they'd be fine as long as you never want to change racks right?

yeah, ours are fine...we were at shasta last year and one rattled off and fell in the lake to never be seen again but that was because of a screw coming lose(human error) i also believe that your tower should have already had holes drilled into it before it was powder coated at the factory, and also holes for tower audio...not smart to drill holes into a powerder coated surface, but if you need to i guess there is no way around it besides being careful. nothign has gone wrong with the clips themselves though.

They don't come predrilled. Mine didn't anyways. I think they are kinda hard to get the boards out of.
