I got it almost done. I just need to wait for the skate shop to open this summer to add the grip tape. This is what i have to show after half a school year. Teacher loved it. here's the pics. Check my gallery for more Very Happy Very Happy

Looking at them, those pictures do my board no justice... you need to hold it to feel how good it is. But you can't... Razz

No, no kicktails, yes continuous rocker board. For the bend, I cut the rocker pattern into two 2x6 boards and glued the layers of the skate, and clamped them to the shape, and let it dry like that. Holding pretty good. Lol. Wasn't an old door. I bought some cheap stuff from the lumber yard, I think it was a 4x8 sheet of 1/4" Mahogany plywood, not a door.

man i need to make a skate. so thats a woodshop project? you should try adding concave to it. maybe some type of molded fins on the bottom. looks bood though. any advice for someone who wants to build one?
