Ive had this video for months but just finally sat down w/ some friends and really got into the rider sections. It is a must have, the bonus sections alone make up one killer video, it really is a two-in-one deal.
The riding is real up tempo and progressive, maybe not quite as nuts as Sfumato on the tech side but man the sections themself are just super cool. The editing is creative and real clean, great soundtrack and just a 'cool vibe' throughout. Some of the people that watched it have never seen skating and those sections really gave them a good perspective on what goes down on the water and in the boat. I was getting a bit burnt out on the hip hop tracks but they fit the vibe real well in this film.
For those that havent seen it-- Grubb, Horrell, and Reed each have killer full sections, plus a Group section with Byerly, Drew, Hampson, and Tim. There are two towable slider sections that are real cool to watch, one is with Watson and he kills the thing on his board after Reed and Grubb get tossed trying to slide it.
I just saw Sfumato and really dug it as well. But where in the hell was Timmy and MV?? I think giving them a section would have been a very worthy 10 mins of extra video to slap in there somewhere. Still liked it a lot though, just think how crazy these vids will keep getting each year
*whats the secret code deal for the extra section? |

Timmy quit before the video came out so they didn't put his part in. Did you notice that they made some paint drip over his face on the cover. But I am curious as to what tricks he put together for that bangin video.
As for myles, i wish he had a larger part too. He didn't have much, but the stuff he had was different and creative, like the towable jib and his sliding start down that angled dock (or whatever it was). And he can hold his own on some of that stuff (much like jim leatherman) with his gaps and what not. Myles is fun. But maybe he's not as available to film or something.
The snap riding is good too, but I don't watch that as much. _________________ J.L.A. Is Snowboarding

| Jim M, ya the video is sick. check bumps website for the code but if its not there its on this forum just search for it. the extra section is another towable slider. its curved, the best out of the three and i think its in metrenome or some other video. |

Jim M, they definitely did a great job with snap. I loved Watsons section on the rail as well, awesome footage.
