The bindings should be at a width you feel comfortable with. When they are wider it can sometimes make you more stable, but may be uncomfortable. Most people like their bindings "ducked" or turn outwards slightly. Just make sure both your bindings are in the same position. It will make it much easier to ride switch.

There isn't a correct way for this or that, jus however you feel comfortable riding.

All the way out. You can do a test - stand with feet approx. shoulder width apart, jump in the air and land naturally - without changing your foot position. Technically your feet should land in a way that's natural for your body, so try to transfer the results onto your stance on the board. Whatever feels best though for sure.

I was riding on the second set of bolts (I think), however I tried riding all the way out and I like it better. It lowers your center of gravity and it just feels better. But as mentioned its all personal preference.

I say as wide as possible, but so you are still comfortable. Don't have them too ducked cause i've heard it canhurt your knees or something.

your pretty tall so having your stance all the way out isnt that big of a deal if you were 5 2, 5 4 or in that area you might want to go one in. the reason you want your stance as far out as possible is because in wakeboarding you want your chest open to the boat. if you try squats with your feet close together your upper body has to come forward to compensate for lack of balance. now try with your feet pretty far apart but comfortable, you should be able to keep your upper body almost vertical. it works out the same way on edge with a wakeboard. angle is just what is comfortable to you so you may want to experiment.
