Amped 2 on Xbox try to insult me

Last night I was playing the Amped 2 game on Xbox with my friend. In that game they always make a call of each move you do. All of a sudden, I crash and the game try to insult me by saying : " Are you a wakeboarder ?" I was like Hell Yeah ! Twisted Evil

actiondcpd, yes, it's a very good game if you like snowboarding ! alot better than the first one.

I think that the new amped game is a revolution in extreme sports games. I say this because the game focuses on STYLE. It does not reward high scores for just mashing the buttons, and doing really hard tricks. Instead, it rewards high scores to big, smooth tricks. I huge stalled out stalefish 360 (about 2,000 trick points, and 10,000 style points) is worth a lot more than an ugly stlaefish 720 (about 4,000 trick points and 0 style points). Plus, if you don't grab something, the point value is not worth jack.
I'm sorry if it is still confusing, but you will just have to play the game. I didn't even realize it until after 2 hours of palying it. I have a feeling that other companies will try to copy this in the future.

Kyle I agree, that game is awesome, and its so fun cause u can go so huge and stall out everything. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd rather see someone take a simple trick huge and slow then a fast tech trick.

The Headless Chicken, gta 3 is realalistic if you think about it. You can run around the streets killin people and stealing cars and stuff like that, that is if you really want to. I duno I guess I just think its kinda stupid when you just go up and do some insane trick with like really little air and that no one could ever posibley do, and yet its extreamly easy for you to do by like mashin the controller. I can compare ssx to cool boarders in which you just mash the controler and u pull of some insane trick(I think someone was already talkin about cool boarders, but whatever). So I guess is what im tryin to say is i think its stupid when its really easy to pull off huge tricks, but when its really hard; thats when it actaually get fun! but then again what it comes down too is opinion.

okay in gta3 you are sent on missions to kill people and or steal cars. you dont have a choice if you want to complete the game. do you think anyone does this in real life and gets away without being sent to jail or any sort of consequences. i own ssx tricky so i know what happens in the game. you cant pull inxane tricks with little air. with full stats if i get lucky and charge up for a minute i can pull a misty off of an ollie. if you played ssx you would now you dont mash buttons. you hold the directional button to charge for a filp/spin and press any combination of the three shoulder buttons to grab. the only part of ssx that is unrealistic is the uber tricks. everyone knows that you cant get of the board and breakdance on it but it looks cool. thps is also unrealistic yet is extremely popular. not even the best person in the world could pull 1080 benihana 360 flips.

pppfff, in gta 3 you do get cought and get a consequence of paying a fine if you dont go to a pay and spray or somethin, if you havent noticed.And actually ya you do have the choice if you want to complete the game or not. now look who hasn't played the game. But im gettin really sick of arguing so all I have to say is I really dont care about this.

i know you can get caught but you just start over from your last save. in real life there is no reset if you get caught you are dead. i know you have the choice to not kill anyone but then you can only complete the first three missions and stop on the fourth where the objective is to kill the pimp. who would buy or rent a game and then stop playing on the fourth mission because you have to kill someone and thats unrealistic. i dont think your sick of arguing i just think you know i am right.

Hey I honestly dont care, its just this The Headless Chicken guy thinks he knows everything. I barey even want to justify his last post with a response but here it goes anyway, just to defend my self. GTA 3 is probebly the most realistic game out there, you can die, kill people, get busted, drive cars, ect. and all that is very realisticly done in the game. Ur saying that if you get busted you can just load rt last checkpoint right? well what do you expect? Its a game it cant be exactally like real life. I dont think you really get what makes games realistic. I dont really want to post this, im only doing it to defend my self. what really sucks is that Im guna have to check this thread again to see what else The Headless Chicken, is guna say about me. then im guna have to write a whole neither post reply on that. I have better things to do then to argue with you, but defending my self is a different story.

If you want me to take back saying that ssx 3 is bogus i will, I just didnt realise that anyone would have such a strong desier to prove me wrong. I REALLY DONT CARE!!!!!

Well now that little debate is over, I have a question. For those of you who have played both Amped and the Amped 2, what are the improvements in the sequel? And for the sake of argument and to get everyone's stance out there I'll ask another question. ONLY IF you have played BOTH ssx 3 and amped 2, which of those two games would you recommend me buying and why?

The Monkey Ninja, amped 2 for sure, it's a crazy game. be carefull, don't get addict after the first night you'll play. Mr. Green
