What's the air/water temps in Orlando around Jan 1? My hubby's team made it to a bowl down there and he's toyed with the idea of going. I told him I'd go too but only if I could go board while he goes to the game _________________ Cause we are strictly business and we also got our pride

It's hard to tell since the weather has been so up and down lately what it will be like, but I'm getting a new wetsuit and if you come down, I'm sure you can hook up with one of us to go boarding, I don't mind sharing if you don't. (If you can wear one of mine that is). It's probably alot warmer than where you are . I'm off from 12/24 - 1/4 so if you need a pull, let me know and we can hook up.

I only ride in oralndo once a month or so because I live 2 hours south of orlando. So i usually make a weekend trip up there once a month to go ride with friends that I have up there.
The weather in January shouldn't be too bad... unless we get another cold spell. For those of you snow and cold veterans, 50 degrees is still FREEZING here for us! But it shouldn't be any colder than about 50... if not in the 60s and 70s in january _________________ SlidingGlass.com

| Man, it's so cold here right now (well, to me it is). Barrett, when are you coming back up? Have you landed your backroll yet? |

If I hear another Florida person say how cold it is!
I think we need to do some kind of wakeboarder exchange program where someone from Florida can swap places with someone up from up North. |

| Sorry, ontrider, I don't want to swap places. I can't handle it being under 85 degrees. If I had to live in Canada, I would never leave my house! |

Nick, you should definately bring your wet suit. I've been riding with mine, but my friend just skins it (I'm a wuss for the cold water). I'm not too sure how cold the water is, but the air right now is about 43 degrees in the morning and the afternoons in the high 60's |

There is no way I could shovel snow! That is just too much coldness for me, I think I'll appreciate my 40 degree weather a little more |

Hmmmm let's see for today there's a windchill advisory until 9am.
and then the high today is suppose to hit @ mid-50's. But that's not including the windy conditons.
indywakechica, I'm guessing you and the hubby are coming out to the Capital One Game?
I'll be there pre & post party courtesy of my Boss. He's rented a place just outside the Citrus Bowl for Partying & Parking, has 2- 30 blocks of tickets to the game |

Dlady...yep that's what we were going to go to. My hubby is a Purdue alum and a DIEHARD Purdue football fan. That idea fell thru tho so I'll have to start cooking up some new plans to get me down there and boarding. Guess it's ok since it's that cold out down there...pretty chilly for being in the water even for a northern soul. You guys down there are probably freezing _________________ Cause we are strictly business and we also got our pride
