i know that this should be in the skateboarding forum but no one would see it there so i decided to put it here. right now i'm riding a donny barley element. 32 by 8. problem is... it's starting to fall apart and i'm looking for a new deck but i can't find any decks that are 8 wide. does anybody know of a company that still makes 8 wide boards. or what company barley rides for now if he's still around (i don't really keep up with skating that much)?

The firm generally make wider boards, up to and above 8 & 1/2. Try to get a Lance Mountain deck, that will definetly be wide.

Or you could try Alva boards, for a more old school feel.

Does Barley still ride AWS or Toy Machine? I forget....

Check out Consolidated, Room 21, Santa Cruz, Black Label, and Think. I know they all make decks 8" wide and some wider. Room 21 I know for a fact has some. I just saw a new 8"er the other night over at my bro's house. He's one of the guys that runs that company.

Tons of companies still make 8" boards. If you can't find a name brand you can definitely find a blank. If you can't find one at your local skateshop they're easy to locate online.
