Everyone tell me ur favorite board and bindings. Mine is the board i just got its a 140 Premier with the Parks bindings.

parks board and bindings. although I don't like the way they look. but it rides great.

my favortie board is the 2001 nelson from double up. currently i ride a origin 138 but i got it primarily for sliders and such should have just gotten the nelson but i didn't. i like riding the skull on the cable but still don't know about the boat. as far as bindings. 99 rpo sucs. they're falling apart but i love em.

havent ridden enough boards to pick a favorite yet. for bindings you cant beat the '02 obrien systems.

Yes 01 bindings only because i havent liked any of the 02/03 bindings yet..too many tearing and breaking problems...

I may try the CWB Zues bindings when they hit the shelves...

i used to want a HL tfd 136 dna or a premier 135 w/ parks, but i decided from now on to not support the monopoly. right now, i'd want a LF team w/ cwb zeus bindings or ultra sucs

Why is ther such an anti-hyperlite vibe out there? First of all, Hyperlite is not a monopoly. They do have claim to the largest share of the wakeboarding market, but they have that for a reason. Hyperlite makes damn good boards and bindings, and have been doing so ever since producing the very first wakeboard. Hyperlite has argueably the best team in the industry, and a great range of products to choose from. Furthermore, Hyperlite has absolutely outstanding customer service, if something goes wrong with your setup and it is there fault they will take care of you as quickly and as best as possible.

I have had experience with a lot of different boards and bindings, and Hyperlite makes a quality innovative product. To decide " to not support the monopoly" purely because you don't think Hyperlite is "Core" is foolish. You should be selecting you board based off the ride, not the name that is on it. Buy your bindings because they fit right and offer the support you are looking for. By completely ruling out the possibility of supporting a certain company is only hurting yourself, you are missing out on some of the best wakeboarding products on the market. It goes both ways too. There are "Core" company riders who swear they will never touch a Hyperlite, just as there are Hyperlite riders that won't look at the likes of Double Up and Blindside. These companies produce some awesome boards but because they don't carry the same particular idiom as a Hyperlite Board they are deemed "Uncool"

There are some users on this message board that are much too concerned with image. Have to be riding a certain board, not doing wake to wake tricks for fear that they are uncool, wanting a capix helmet because that is what the pointless posse wears.

If peoples fears are realized and Nike has purchased a wakeboarding company, and starts to market wakeboards with a huge "Swoosh" on the base, I will ride one if it performs. I can have just as much fun wearing a speedo on a single tip wakeboard with bungy plates as I can in below-the-knees board shorts riding top of the line equipment.

We all need to give our heads a shake and try to remeber why we wakeboard in the first place. Is it to look cool, or is it to have a great time on the water? Because I don't think the water cares what kind of board you ride.

Anyways the Byerly DNA is the best board that I have ridden. I haven't found any bindings that are perfect for me. Belmont would be the closest but they need more ankle support!
