whatever you do make sure they arn't to big! I had a pair of super's that were M and I had to get the overlays further out, so i bought a pair of ultra's that were M. One day we ran out of newt juice so i used a little bit of soap. My foot came halfway out of the binding and i landed with it like that. very painful...i didn't do anything about it for a long time. This was 4 months ago, today i found out i fractured a bone in my foot. Now im on critches. better the winter than the summer on them though. Just be careful, dont use real soap it doesnt come out, and make sure you cant pull your heel out. but dont get me wrong, they are good bindings, just dont use them wrong. Now i stick to laces
