| It seems that whenever I try to do a spin over a 180 the handle always ends up way far away by the time I am ready for the handle pass. Im fine with backside 180s I just have trouble with doing them after a frontside 180 on the same air. Is their any tricks or tips to keeping the handle close to you and not going unintentionally off-axis>? |

dont think abuot spinning at all, just think about passing the handle in the small of your back if you do it the spin will start on its own, also to build up the coordination u can make the "handle pass tool" take a weight, a rope and a handle of sorts, your goal is to spin it aorun your body tight to your skin making handle passes while you rotate the otherway, if you just constantly do this, it makes it so much easier to find the handle on the water _________________ They know what is what but they dono what is what they just strut. |
