You should be able to do the HS BS 180 in the flats or one wake style before you start tryn them W2W. IMO...
The biggest trick with landing blind other than keeping the handle in close to the small of your back. LOOK AWAY, Look at the shore line behind you just don't look down at the water. _________________ PEACE

my advice would be to practice on a trampoline and tie a rope and handle to a nearby tree so that you can get used to handle passes whilst off shore and then transfer the technique to the water.
Good Luck |

If you are trying to land them wrapped (hs bs 180), first try riding around on the water in the wrapped position. It is an weird position, and the first few times you try to ride like that the rope will really try to unwind you. Keep your weight on your toes edging away from the toat, and like J Dogg said, look to the shore line slightly behind you.

well I think brad is trying to say is what works for him as a trick skier cross over.. I tryed to look at the shoreline but it doesn't work alot of the time for me I still get my ass kicked and onto my but I go. For me I try and look over either at my tail of the board, the wake behind me or at the spray my landing makes behind me. As for learning them, I did the job with a short rope first then extended it out a length at a tieme, but i had inside out, ollie to blind and 1 wake bs 180s down. Make sure you add a bit more cut than a w2w 180 because you lose some of your distance spinning. Also make sure you pop hard and wait b4 you spin, spinning early can make yer bum hurt very badly. So if you have probs with that try grabbing it and spinning it or count as you hit the wake. _________________ I wakebaord, wakeskate,do anythign stupid, hurt others and have fun doign it. |

| Try doing surface BS 1's first, then you'll feel more comfortable in the air. That's all I did and it worked for me recently. |
