I wish I could tell you also but I just bought my mobius lsv and am waiting for the snow to melt to try it out. There was a posting by a guy a few days ago who has a mobius lsv and was moving the two bags back by the engine up front and replacing them with 600 pound bags. Maybe you could search for his post and see if there's any good info there.

the mobius comes standard with more features, and more ballast...

I haven't figured out how to get a straight up wake, yet...
More weight in the back should, we ride with 1200 in the rear 500 in the locker, 200 under each front seat and 4-5 people. and the wake is juuuuuust right! IMO

As for the lip curl, most people who ride at 75 ft. ride a little faster around 22-23 which will push the lip further back, what speed are you at?

No wait, you got a mobius V and mine an LSV, nevermind.

Does it have the hard tanks in the back or bags? Also do you have the wakeplate if you do play around with it. I switched my hard tanks out and put in a 550 on each side in my 01' Mob V.

The wakeplate goes off the transom, at the base of the hull, under the swim platform.

He`s not asking where the wakeplate itsself is he`s asking how far up or down it should be.

Ask Tom Bugg (tombugg@hotmail.com) how they weighted the AWA's boat last year. I believe it was something like 1200 in the locker and 600 on each side of the engine and ran the wakeplate at 75% or something like that. I don't remember for sure but the wake was big and clean past 75'.

Typically if your wake is curling on both sides you need more weight in the bow. If it's only curling on one side, more weight on that side.
