Okay, here's the problem at hand: This summer I sprained my LCL on a hs roll to revert. It was a while before I could walk, much less wakeboard. I'm fine now, but I don't want to go through that crap again. So, what should I do to keep from getting hurt when I do stuff? Wake to wake stuff doesn't hurt, and as long as I'm not landing ts in my switch stance way out in the flats, it doesn't hurt. But for like big 180's or big Roll to reverts or whatever, I gotta land out in the flats. So, what can I do to strengthen my leg or whatever?

Do you lift weights? I'd say starting with a rehab schedule of leg exercises (extension, hammy curls, light squats) and a lot of stretching should help you out tremendously. _________________ www.led-concepts.com |
