on the really long "up- to flat- to down" sliders, they arent made of pvc, does anyone know what they put over the wooden frame to make it slide friendly?

i am planning on building something big on the hudson river ( where i shred) and the last 15 foot long slider i made ( just out of PVC ) the cops took...... so i figure if i build something bigger, they wont be able to take it haha

so i am planning on getting all the materials this winter, and the only thing i dont know about is the top layer....
