I used some instructions from wakeskating.com that were there awhile back and for the shape I just copied a hyperlite board and scaled it to the right size.
yep... painted it too. I have to say though, it rides really loose, too much for me anyway... so i'm thinking of adding small fins. (it could just be cause i suck though
