I'm looking for a vest that will be comfortable and fits well without being outrageously priced....only thing i've worn is an rip curl but it was too big for me otherwise seemed as if it would be comfortable in a smaller size.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Don't know if they have them anymore but a little while back Sam's Club had some neoprene jackets for like $40. Weren't any namebrand or anything but for that price who cares. Definitely go with the neoprene though...very cushy.

Whatever you get, don't get a men's or universal sized vest. It'll be too long & ride up when you're in the water. Get one that is a women-specific vest - it'll be way more comfy & fit a lot better. Personally I bought an O'Neill Reactor (women's) earlier this year & have been very happy with it. Good padding (protection) up front for the girls & in the back for the kidneys. Fits well & doesn't ride up either. Here's a link:

I would highly suggest the O'neil vapor vest, it is extremly comfortable, you won't even want to take it off when your done. The only downside is getting in and out of it, but its well worth it Very Happy
