Anybody feel like they get tennis elbow or their elbow is just really sore from riding a lot, especially when you do like tantrum oriented tricks

About mid-summer I get that, and no matter what anybody says, it hurts like hell. When I'm done with a set, I can't move my left arm for about 10 minutes. I've come to the conclusion it could be from landing one-handed. I ride regular and land with just my left hand on the handle. So I've tried riding switch more and it seems to help.

I start having problems if i've been riding for awhile, but mines because i hurt it about 2 years ago. I also have problems with my knee... but let's just say thats from when i first started riding. Embarassed I think the best thing to do is just give yourself a minute and then get back out there. OH and lots of tylenol and alieve

this past summer i got real bad throbbing tennis elbow for like a month every time i rode. i found out that stretching really does make a difference. i just stretched my arms before i rode it cleared up and i've been fine ever since.

Yea I get tennis elbow really bad, I'm going to take Derrick's advice and start stretching before every set even though we're young. Just keep an ice pack and ice it down immediately after riding, it really really helps.
Later,
Brad
