try to get ones that are plastic or metal. My Rockford Fosgates are titanium. They got wet and still look and sound like new.

I love them they look and sound great. They have a swivel tweeter so you can aim it wear you want and that can be good in a boat. I got mine from Thezeb.com they were 2001 and i think i got the last of those they were half price for 69.99 a set. I know how you can get them fro 99.99 now from them though. Go to Thezeb.com and click on Best price or free and send them an e-mail with this link http://www.purecaraudio.com/product.asp?0=208&1=309&3=1393 and say they have them for $99.99.

Heres the e-mail they sent me back just do what it say to do and you could get them.

I got a Kicker Solo baric and a couple set's of Resolution Component speakers. I agree with George Stay away from the paper cones and you should be fine. I really didn't even look to much at the Marine products out as there just doesn't seem to be a very good selection, although it is getting much better.
