i was wondering, on many sliders i see that the pvc pipe is bent from the approach to the top of the slider......... i am thinking about building a slider and i wanna know how do i bend the pvc?

I'm not sure you want to bend it too much. Anything but the schedule40 stuff will break if you bend it much more than 10 degrees. I would go with weighting it on the ends, letting them dangle into the water. But that is based on the type of slider you have. Can you post more info about the type of slider you had in mind?

they sell a gun that looks just like a hair dryer made just for bending pvc
i work as an electricial so i do it all the time
you blow the hot air on it for awhile and bend it very very slowely
and make sure you dont get it too hot |
