I'm having a lot of trouble with the three. One time I'll spin completely around and lose the rope, and the next I'll be close to getting the handle pass but I won't be completely around. The reality is that I haven't a clue as to how I should approach a FS 360. Please, someone help me. I've tried it at least twenty times and I pretty frustrated.

Pop Pull Pass ..... heard it said to me a thousand times ... do a normall wake jump and if its good then give the handle a pull with both hands to yor back hip ... it will be easier to get when u go for the pas that way ... and thik pass the whole time dont worry bout the spin it will happen if u get the pass ... just remember normall wake jump then Pop Pull Pass ... think that the whole time

That's it, also try and spot the water after you get the handle pass, you'll ride away like its a wake jump.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind when practicing.

Yeah, i dont get how to do three's either. I came really close to landing a few, but then i read to just pull the handle and now it seems i pull it and i get it to my back, then thats where i kinda stop and land backwards and backplant (?) but yeah, maybe im focusing too hard on pulling the handle. I'm pretty sure im just concentrating too hard, i do that on my w2w jumps too, i try to focus to hard on getting big air and either end up doing a crappy w2w, or going off axis and wrecking. But when i just chill and hit the wake and try to make it feel normal, i get really pretty good air, who knows

I think you're right. I swear every time I get worked its because I'm thinking too much and not letting the wake and/or the boat do the work. I think I need to ride a little more free on the water.

Thanks for all the advice.

I just learned to throw the 3 about 2 weeks ago and just yesterday i threw a 7! it all comes easy if u don't get frustrated with it. Stand tall off the wake(Must get good pop) Don't try to rotate right off the wake that will throw u off axis stand tall, keep the handle close to ur hip, and right when u feel comfortable pull on the handle and try to pass it at the small of your back, spot ur landing and ride away clean. Just try to be smooth about it don't try to go fast. thats when you look like a spaz
