I'm sure it's possible, but I've never heard of it done before. Good idea tho. _________________ Don't fall |

you could get the wireless audio signal up there, but for real, aside from a tesla coil or Van de Graff generator, you really cant wirelessly transfer power. And even with one of those you might spark your ass and burn your little boardshorts.
So - answer really is no |

| you could always send it as a radio signal. And then have a fake speaker can up there with a reciever. However it would have to be ran on batteries, and you wont be able to hook up many amp stages into it, so your speakers will sounds like crap. I would stick to the wiring. |

Yea, I never thought abt power loss and all that good stuff.. I just wanted to get around drilling a hole in the fiberglass, but I guess that won't happen. Thanks for all your input. _________________ VT Tennis -- GO HOKIES!!!

Great thought and we banged our simple minds on it long enought to give it up, enough smart audiophiles had a lot of reasons we would not be able to get it to sound good or get loud enough. Love the way your thinking though We had this entire wireless thing in sight until reality struck like a hammer.
