Kicker Question

I am building a kicker for the first time and i was wondering... Do i want the ramp surface to be curved a little bit to provide maximum kick or do i just want a straight surface. I was thinking that I would want a little bit of a curve to kick me up into the air. After all isn't that what a kicker should do. Also my board has plastic fins. Will those break on a kicker with fiberglass bath board?

a curve might help you launch more, if it was just straight you can still get air and stuff, but i would think a curve in it would help a little

depends for spins and air, u may want a little kick...

a launch are fun for tubes...but then kickers are better for tubes...make a kicker!!!
