| Hey Tim (or anyone else familiar with the area), are there any places that sell ski equipment up here and demo boards? |

Hey, yeah I definitely think I would buy eventually fom buywake.com but I just figured I'd want to try out a few boards first. That's cool if I can use some of your boards to get an idea. I was looking on buywake.com at the 134 Hyperlite Motive, it looks pretty cool at least.
I'm used to riding on a much longer board, too. I think my board in Orlando is a 142 cm, which considering I'm 145 pounds, is probably too long and making it harder to do tricks. I noticed that for instance, the Motive 134 goes up to 180 pounds so I might have success moving down quite a few centimeters.
Friday afternoon I actually have to come to work after Wauberg in the morning. Then I'm going to Orlando Friday night and hopefully board on my supposedly-fixed boat Saturday, and then going to the beach for a couple days. After I see how my boat is working and talk to the apartment people about parking it, I'll decide whether to bring it up here or not. It might just be better to chip in for gas money on other people's boats from time to time, considering how often something might go wrong with mine. |
