So here's something else to think about if your bored...
Figure out how much your boat's prop is "slipping," the max theoretical speed it could possibly go, etc...
Your prop has 2 numbers associated with it, the pitch and the diameter. The pitch is usually the theoretical distance the prop would move forward in inches from one turn, this is the max, in real life it rarely moves this far.
Since we all know the speed we pull each other at and our prop's pitch, it shouldn't be too hard but here's the stuff for my boat if you don't want to look it up...
Speed: 20 MPH
Prop Pitch: 21"
Engine RPM: 2300
Alpha One Ratio: 1.94
Engine RPM Redline: 5000
