if you don't have kazaa running then you are not sharing files, right?

that's right offdapeggs...kazaa will never die uless the dutch government wants to get rid of it. Kazaa is based in the netherlands which is why the american legal system is having probs w/ it...i also wonder if they're actually suing people or if the RIAA is just scaring us by saying that they are..b/c i haven't heard of a single person that i know that has gotten sued. I recommend you all download kazaa lite b/c your participation level is always 1000 and it has awesome search capabilities....it's just a kick ass kazaa..same servers and all. It also blocks the RIAA's monitors or somethin like that

does it really???---i've never heard that...i have kazaa-lite nad it's alot less hassle just to leave all my files alone
