getting your slider 7ft up

Ok we have made the 1st stage of our slider and it starts at the water and goes 7 ft up. We are done with the flat top but are having a hard time figuring out an easy way to get it 7 ft up. any and all ideas would be great

Put a kicker in front of it

or use a kicker...

use a ladder, put the ladder on the bottom of the lake and stand on it
