Driving with cell phones

taking on a cellphone while driving should be illegal. last summer some idiot with a cell phone in a pickup with a huge trailer behind went right through an intersection, past a giant stop sign with a flashing red light on it and almost hit us. luckily my dad was driving and swerved off the side of the road and avoided the accident. if there had been any others cars stoped at the intersection, he'd've hit us for sure. Sad

it shouldn't be illegal and if you're gonna talk on your phone dont slow down to like 45 in a 55. that pisses me off. pull over if you dont feel comfortable doing it
