US didn't live up to the hype in this one, was expecting a higher scoring game but Canada played an amazing defensive game as a team, supporting teammates all over the ice

Yeah, Canada has been pretty dominant throughout the tournament but have had no luck around the net. I think they're taking something like 70% of all the shot attempts in each game. Whereas the best NHL team is at 57% in that category.
Getting up to watch a game at 7:00 am on a Sunday kind of sucks though.

| Reminiscent of the Canadian team in bronze medal game in 98 against the Finns. A bronze just means a lot more to a smaller country like that.

Interesting day i had last Sunday (for the final)
The bars were allowed to open/serve at 4am here for the final. The lineups to get in started much earlier than that.
I ended up at a friends house for coffee, bacon, Ceasars, shots, beers etc etc...I know at one point we were curling with a loaf of bread and a kitchen broom.
I was back at home by noon basically passed out.
A lot of really Canadian stuff went down that day. Hoser Central

A bloody mary and a ceasar are 2 different things...
Kind of like your grillling vs. BBQ rants

So the difference is clamato as opposed to a bloody mary mix?

Nor-Cal - that's probably the main difference.
Completely different taste though. 1000x better.

My bloody mary recipe should probably be called a bloody mary ceasar. I use bloody mary mix, clamato, worcestershire, celery salt and tabasco, along with a few other touches.
