Hey thanks. I figured that out already though.
My battery gauge is broken, unplugged it and the others came back to life except for oil pressure and temperature gauges, theyre still not moving not sure why.

Temp could be a bad thermostat, but most likely maybe just the gauge. Send me a pic of your gauges I might have some you can have if you pay shipping ...

My dash looks just like this pic. Thanks for offering, let me know if you have the same ones. Its not the thermostat as the vdig is reading temp and all details fine.

I had my first test ride yesterday, and went out again today. Loving it!
Overall a great success. engine is running well, and all the effort put into the preventive maintenance on the engine made it feel a lot more comfortable.

Major issue is that there is a leak from the rudder, havent had a close enough look at it yet, its not a huge leak, but I had to use the bilge every now and then to empty the boat. To add to that the bilge pump in the back isnt getting power for some reason, will have to rewire that, blower also stopped working at one instance so will rewire that too although it is working now. I had to manually turn on the front bilge pump to drain the water, seems the water level has to be higher to get it to activate automatically but I wouldn't want it to every get that high.

Stereo is not working anymore, annoying, have removed the head unit and will take it to an electricial tomorrow to see if anything can be done.

I solved the ballast pump issue by replacing the timers completely with relays, some threads on here helped a lot with that, it works well now, I replaced the rear hard tanks with 2 Aerial 550lb bags I used for my old boat. Works great.
Heres a pic of the wiring of the relays, I didnt bother doing any soldering, pretty easy job and it works better, just have to be careful not to run the pumps dry now. It turned out I had wired it wrong when I took this pic as I assumed the swithces were wired differently, so noone try to copy this, ill get some more pics up of the final thing, even though it may look a bit messier as I added a few more wires to get it right.
