Chicked salad is where you grab the heel side edge between your feet but and u grab the board with your arm all twisted around, hope that helps

I love the seatbelt grab...It looks tight, but I cannot do it.
Also I like the indy to tricks like the indy tantrum...I know it is an easy grab, but that really adds a lot of style to the tantrum
