Yeah, it's great how kids are getting into this sport at a lot younger age. Shoot, I competed in the beginner class at a tournament here in Dallas....and in my same division were at least 5 or 6 kids under 10 years of age. At 26, I was the 2nd oldest person in the beginner class. _________________ So, I've got that goin' for me...which is nice! |

| I have never done this, but what if you used a snowboard stomp pad for your passenger to stand on? I think it would stop them from sliding around. You can get the cheap foam stomp pads for less than 5 bucks, and I don't think you would really notice the weight from them, they hardly weigh anything at all and don't suck up water. Another suggestion would be to use gator grip(?) or something similar if you have any extra scraps around. I would suggest the foam stompad though, because it is so much thinner (probably just over 1/8 inch). At www.the-house.com they have their "basic stomp" for $4. Just a suggestion, I have never tried it. |
