i like them both, maybe calvin and hobbs a little more, i havnt read one in SOOO long though, maybe ill take my old one to TWC with me to read when im bored, thanx, now ill have soemthing to do when i dont feel like doing the usual, lol thanx

did you know calvin was actually a reformer in the 1500's. his full name was john calvin. he reformed the swiss city of geneva and introduced calvanism. the calvinists believd in predestination. which is the belief that god determines the fate of every one

thomas hobbes was an english philosipher in the 1600's. he wrote the book the leviathon which compared the government to a leviathon (a alligator like monster). he loved the government.

calvin and hobbes is way more creative than garfield. it's more than the one dimensional humour of garfield. too bad the guy who wrote them died. and they decided not to try and replace him. rightfully so. i don' thtink anyone could think like he does.
