Breast Implants?

My GF is thinking about getting them. Do any of you girls out there have any experience with this? What should she expect? She is currently a small b or a cup and wants to go to a full b. I think she should get a c.

i think its a waste of time to only go up part of a brest size. she can do excercisis or take thoes pills (the do work). i wouldnt go through all that pain just for one cup size!

A lot of the girls I date have fakies....don't do it for just a little bit bigger, unless she is just plain flat. The trick is to get bigger without being obnoxious. Research FOREVER before making a decision on size and doctor. Talk to as many girls as possible and take as many pics as possible. When my ex wanted them, we went to tittie bars and talked to every girl with implants we could find.....asked them what size they were before, how many CCs they had, what type of implant, over or under the muscle, nipple/belly button/under boob insertion, nipple sensitivity before vs. after (that is KEY), scarring, what doctor, how much, pain, how long till they "dropped"....ask every single thing you can think of. Don't be afraid to ask to take a pic (without head - you'll get MUCH better results).

Remember, just because it seems as if every other girl walking down the street has implants these days, it is still invasive surgery. Get as much info as you can before pulling the trigger.

Nothing worse than getting them until you've reached your full growth at 19->20.

Man, those things are just gross. Whenever I see a good-looking naked chick, the first thing I think is either:

1. Thank God she doesn't have breast implants or...
2. Man, she sure would be hot if she just didn't have those ridiculous bubbles sticking out of her chest.

You can almost ALWAYS tell in the nude...if see her lying down or, better yet, hanging upside down.

And if there not what you want then I would say get them.. Most chick that I like don't have big tatas, I like a b or full b and I would be satisfied. I like their arse and tata's to be perportionate to each other. If I had a pic of my ex Jen I would show you what a perfect set (arse and Tatas) looks like. BCB's girl got fake tata's on 9/11 when she was 23 and they fit her body well, they don't look to big.

I have seen some horrible jobs and they just look disgusting and the girl would have been better off without them. But on the same note I have seen some before and afters where they looked incredible and it made a world of difference in the girls appearance (to me).

Your analogies are way off. Just b/c the breast has been enhanced doesn't mean you can't play with it!

dees is right. you definetely should wait until you are done growing that way if you are still unsatisfied you can chose the ones that fit your body. A body will change a lot in your teen years.

I honestly don't think I could ever date a girl that had implants. I find them totally disgusting. Then again I am extremely rare for a dude. Don't really dig big breasted women. I prefer around a b or so. Implants just seem so shallow, I don't know. When a girl get them done don't they loose the ability to breast feed their children as well?

Chrissy, wouldnt you rather have breasts that are proportionate? You look like you've got a pretty mean bod, from an objective standpoint, getting bigger boobs could make you a little unproportioned maybe? Your call obviously...

No, it depends on how the implant is installed as to if the woman can breast feed. A good buddy of mine's wife had them done after their first child. I totally understood, she was a tiny girl, with a small chest and when she was pregnant, of course they got bigger (for breast feeding). After breast feeding, they lost their size but there was alot of sagging, etc. Anyway, she had them done and they seem to be happy with the result(after a few minor complications). Now, they just had their 2nd child and she has been able to breast feed.....

In that situation I understood the decision to get implants, it was kind of like reconstructive surgery after her body went through hell. Or, if you're a professional exotic dancer than you can get a little return on investment Laughing

Do you consider girls that wear make up, color their hair, paint their nails, etc....to be shallow? I don't think doing something that makes you feel better about yourself makes a person shallow.

Sorry couldnt help myself, it pop'd into my head after reading the thread. Ive dated girls with and without, if getting them will give the girl more self confidence, then go for it. But id never suggest a girl get them for someone else.

I don't really think you can compare make-up, hair coloring, nail painting, etc... to breast implants.

I think he meant real as in they actually exist, so they are there, even though everyone knows what someone means when they talk about them being real or not.

make-up, hair coloring, nail painting, etc... changes the color of a person's natural parts. They are only tempory and in most cases can be easily undone. They can be used to reflect a woman's style, mood, personality, etc...

They are not a permanent alteration of their body requiring invasive surgery. I don't think many women lack self esteem because their lipstick isn't red enough.

So are you against it b/c it's an invasive surgery? Do you feel that women are disgusting if they wear water bra's or put those fake boobs in their bra's? From my understanding women do that b/c it makes them feel better about themselves, more confidence.

Hopefully a girl on this site has them and can comment on why she got them and what it has done for her.

A guy friend of mine is losing his hair. He said that if hair transplants worked and looked natural he would get one in a heart beat. Since he has started losing his hair he has lost his self confidence when it comes to talking to women. I feel the same way about the hair transplant. If it will make you feel better about yourself, do it.

but come on TB, you cant tell me that the dangers inherent to breast augmentation surgery are present also where hair transplants are concerned...lets be realistic.
