I have seen pylons that have a loop that goes around the bow for the front cable. How would you do that on a diy pylon? |

You just use the insulated cable available from hardware store and put that around the bow and through the front eyelet. Connect the cable together with the cable clamps. |

I would not think the insulated cable should scratch it. It's a clear coating, it should be just fine. |

I used ratchet straps. I like the idea of a flat strap having more surface area rather than a cable digging into the hull (or atleast the rub-rail) _________________ Long Island, NY & Canada Lake, NY (addirondacks)
