lets see em.
we hiked up some backcountry yesterday. got a few pictures from this natural jump we hiked upon. not huge or anything... just big enough to have some fun on. more backcountry to come this weekend.

few more.. sorry for the huge one(s). i'm the one with the camo helmet, brown jacket, and either a blue rome board or pink gnu board. the other 2 guys are my friends that i ride with every weekend and they rock.

Oh wow, sweet pictures, that looks like so much fun! I started doing some backcountry this season and now I'm addicted!
Don't have many pics from this season, haven't made it up to the mountain near as much as I would like.

thanks guys.
i want to get some more pics. and i really want to build a big backcountry jump sometime. i don't know yet what i'm going to do this weekend. we've had tons of new snow this week but there is a competition on saturday. i really want to ride the comp (big air) but i might go hike backcountry again. last weekend was THE MOST pow i have ever ridden. waist deep, steep slopes, trees are pretty widely spaced...... best riding of my life.
i will probably just take some pictures this weekend instead of competeing. sounds way more fun.

This is one a fellow patroller snapped of me near the end of the season
Another friend took this toe-side carve sequence of me in January (yes, I transition to heelside w/o falling, but it's not nearly as layed out of a carve)
He didn't email me pics of the transition to heelside, so here's an outdated sequence from cheapie camera.
