ok so this weekend was my first weekend back riding and i have always had the problem of edging toeside
when i edge out my back foot always drags and digs into the water and it pulls me down
i dont know what im doing wrong
is my weight on my back foot too much? _________________ YEA I'M A BAND NERD WHAT YA GOING TO DO ABOUT YO!!!!

| ya you nailed it, 2 main things you wanna think about - try to come in leaning forward (like try to put weight on your front foot) this will make ur weighting 50-50 front to back. Dont bend over at the waist when edging have your whole body straight and tall so you dont absorb the wake, More weight on your front foot will allow you to edge in harder and will give you better ballance when in the air as apposed to bending over at the waist with more weight on your back foot. |

| also leaning forward will keep you over your toes, and thats exactly how you wanna land, over your toes. Anything other then this will make you washout on your butt |
